One has the bathroom and kitchen situated in the middle, separating the bedroom from the living space by a corridor to allow more privacy.
The other variant has the bathroom and kitchen situated on one side allowing the bedroom to directly connect with the living room.

MALMÖ+
The Malmo+ is over 12m long and has a 1m deep porch. The glass facade on the porch side gives a beautiful wide view of the surroundings and provides the house with extra sunlight. The Porch itself will allow you to spend those summer nights outdoor, wherever your location is. The Malmo+ also stands out because of its spacious living room and bedroom.

A Stuga is a wooden cabin or cottage, typically found in Sweden and other Scandinavian countries. Stugas are often used as a holiday home or second home and are characterized by their simple, Scandinavian finishings and cozy atmosphere. Drophouse Stugas are up to 63 m2 in size, consist of connected modules with 2 bedrooms, upgradable to 3 and can be perfectly used as A SUMMER HOUSE or rental accommodation.
